  1. Cindy Grady reported on the expenditures to date for the CDBG and HOME subgrantees. Many of the agencies have recently received their executed 2026 contracts, and will therefore be submitting additional invoices soon. The 3rd quarter invoices are due October 10th.

Vice Chair DeGollon explained that the Application Review Team (ART) met to discuss the application scores and rankings for each project area, and determined the preliminary funding recommendations and contingencies, which were approved to bring to the full CDBG Comm…
    Full textMs. Grady provided information on the 2027 CDBG/HOME RFP and application evaluation process. Vice Chair DeGollon explained that the Application Review Team (ART) met to discuss the application scores and rankings for each project area, and determined the preliminary funding recommendations and contingencies, which were approved to bring to the full CDBG Commission. The 2027 CDBG/HOME funding recommendations and contingencies will be brought to the CDBG Commission for final approval as part of a public hearing on November 10th, after the 30-day public comment period. These recommendations will be part of the 2027 Annual Action Plan.
