Beat Pass
$1.95 a month
or $19.50 a year (two months free)
- Follow all 12 counties on one Beat Sheet
- Up to 25 watch words
- Search the whole stored archive (meetings kept for 400 days)
- A private RSS feed of watch-word hits and a calendar feed (.ics) of the meetings on your beat
Free during preview: every Beat Pass feature is on for everyone and nothing is charged.
What the Beat Pass does not include
No reporting, no analysis, no alerts by email or text, and no promise that a county posts its agenda on time. County News Beat shows what the counties publish, when they publish it.
Plain terms
When checkout opens:
- The Beat Pass renews each month or year until you cancel it in PayPal. Cancelling keeps the Pass until the end of the period you paid for.
- If the Pass ends, nothing you saved is deleted: the Beat Sheet keeps its counties and words, but only the free share (the first county and the first 3 words) is used, and the private feeds stop.
- The Pass belongs to one Beat Sheet: keep that sheet's private link. There are no accounts, so a lost link cannot be recovered. A sheet with a renewing Pass cannot be deleted until you cancel the Pass in PayPal.
- Prices are in US dollars. No selling of your data. The public reading pages show one banner ad, kept apart from the meetings and agenda items and described under Privacy; Beat Sheets and private feeds show none.
County News Beat is in preview. There is no checkout yet, so there is nothing to buy today. Prices at launch will be these, paid through PayPal.
