1. As a reminder, a minimum of 3 members must be available to attend for quorum to be met and for meetings to be held. If a minimum of 3 members are not available to attend, the meeting is canceled. Special meetings may be requested in lieu of canceled meetings however, special meetings must meet the same quorum compliance requirements.
